Then why not quit with your insistence that linear TV is here to

Because linear TV IS NOT going away.

Craig, by now we all know how good you are at predicting trends. But as
expected, you missed the technical point:

it makes a whole lot of sense to repurpose and reorganize the TV

Instead, banalities:

Yes, there will be a shift to VOD for many forms of content

Okay, so this is another example of Craig's political motivations, or
apparently political motivations.

When the subject was to yank away OTA broadcasters' TV spectrum, and graciously
hand it to the cellcos for their benefit, Craig was quick to point out how this
spectrum was "too valuable" to be wasted on one-way TV broadcast service.
Repeated on many occasions. From where I sit, Craig, this was just another one
in a long list of arguments whose apparent aim to help kill off FOTA TV as soon
as possible.

When precisely the same argument was made back to Craig, only this time without
killing off any previous service, suddenly Craig is unable to grasp what was
being said. Specifically, by eliminating MPEG-TS broadcast streams, the cable
companies can offer a whole lot more 2-way broadband service. For some reason,
this too took an inordinate amount of effort to get across.

This is what I'm talking about, Craig. Do you not see how these incessant
arguments and disagreements make you appear to be a mouthpiece for MVPDs, to
retain their legacy model?
