What a broken record you can be, honestly.

If Dotcast is so great, who needs COFDM? Did it ever strike you that
this supposedly superior technology seems to get along just fine without
relying on COFDM?

We don't have DVB-T here. Remember? We have to make other schemes work.
There's no credible way to make the claim that the physical layer of
Dotcast is superior to ATSC's.
