Who said Dotcast was so great?

Who said it was getting along just fine?

And I do not agree that we have to make other schemes work. In the end 
market realities will force the change of modulation or the sale of the 
spectrum.

And excuse my ignorance but where is there a requirement to consider 
anything about Dotcast at all?
