Not sure what point you were trying to make with that graphic, Craig, but if
it's to say that the ISP industry is doing just fine, I wouldn't be surprised.
We're in the growth stage still.
The graph combines multiple industries, so I'm not sure what is attributable
specifically to broadband ISPs. But just for the sake of making a point, I see
no downturn, or less-steep rise, following the Title II decision of 2015.
