Does anyone really think that Netflix tries to monitor the tens of millions of
streams it serves?
Time for broadcasters to wake up and smell the coffee - given the devices that
people now use to watch TV, quality is highly subjective, if important at all.
Physically monitoring millions of streams is best left to the NSA, since they
capture all of these bits...
