This explains how your MVPD credentials determine what you have access to, from
available TVE programs. Everything depends on your specific MVPD tiers and
bundles. Nowhere will you see stated that all MVPDs get access to the same TVE
programs. On the contrary, they want to artificially maintain that MVPD
identity, for the user.
Which is what creates the geo-dependency.
