Simple, guys, it already is. Just don't let an FCC shortcut, applied as an
expedient years ago, only to Internet telecoms, fool you. The definition of
telecom service has been in the law for decades, and its neutrality has been
mandated, by law, for decades.
You simply shame the digital illiterates into educating themselves. They days
of convenient shortcuts are long gone. The FCC, and all the yes-men yahoos who
can do no better than parrot this libertarian/ignorant/corrupt FCC, have to
understand the technical realities here. Telecom service is not the same as
selling bathroom soap. We're way past the time when such stupidity can continue
to be perpetrated. Telecom service has never been adequately competitive,
hence, regulation is needed.
