It is just a matter of time before the public starts to demand some cost/benefit analysis as to whether we should be spending tax payer dollars trying to enforce copyright laws to this level.

On the other hand, perhaps someone could train these dogs to sniff
packets, not packages. They would probably have more success than their
human counterparts who are constantly 'tracking down' 5yo children to
sue..
