I think Barry's email applies to the US as it does to his situation down there. And Doug McDonald suggestion of eliminating the duplication of bit streams is just plain brilliant! If our government were smarter, they would require that the two satellite services merge their physicl layer and compete only on advertising, exclusive content, and price.
