[opendtv] Re: White paper from CEA

My JVC D-VHS doesn't have an IR Blaster output capability, and I haven't heard 
of it on newer ones.
 
The Firewire equipped SA3250HD (as used on TWC, COX , et. al.) does not support 
START/STOP control of a D-VHS Recorder via the Firewire port, nor did our local 
TWC and COX systems bother to enable the IR Blaster feature that was originally 
built into the STB.
 
Obviously are intentionally making it very hard to record HD programs....

STB sensor and will automatically change channels while you're out.
