It looks like as I previously suggested. The first service from Media General will likely be a (downscaled) pass-through mobile simulcast of the primary channel.

We're in discussions right now with the networks, but we don't anticipate any problems as long as it's a pass-through simulcast service. It's an unaltered service being distributed through a mobile device the same way it's distributed to your living room TV. There's going to be a viewing lift for local broadcasters, the network and the syndicator as well.
