Yesterday Bill Hess sent me the email below.
Mr. Fratello wishes to donate to some SC railroad club,
his collection of 67 Alllen Keller movies,
each featuring one exquisite model railroad.
He wants them to go to a club that will share with the public.
I can think of none better than OCMR.
We have a broader public outreach than any club I know.
However, we need to get into his contest.
First question, do you know him and how?
Second question, are you a subscriber to Chaparro's Model Railroads of SC?
Please respond to me today if possible.
I need to wordsmith some appealing reasons for him to gift these videos to
OCMR.

Are you a Southern California Club that has a layout and intends to resume
public events at some point? If so, I have an offer for you and your
members. I have a complete set of Allen Keller's Great Model Railroads
Videos and DVD's. There are 67 items in the offer from #1 to #67. I will
donate them all to any Southern California MRR club on the active list for
the moderator of Groups I/O. This list is:

only requirement is that the club provide the VCR or DVD and viewing screen
for display of the items. It is the club's responsibility to determine any
legal requirements for public exhibition of the items. They are copyrighted
items legitimately purchased for the Great Model Railroads Web Site when it
was in operation.
