To do what Mr Fratello wants would require a club to be set up like a
public library to inventory the videos and then have a method and someone
to take responsibility to check out the videos and then check them back in
as well as a way to go after someone who checked out the video and did not
return it.
I don't see any way OCMR could get involved in anything like this.

Are you a Southern California Club that has a layout and intends to resume
public events at some point? If so, I have an offer for you and your
members. I have a complete set of Allen Keller's Great Model Railroads
Videos and DVD's. There are 67 items in the offer from #1 to #67. I will
donate them all to any Southern California MRR club on the active list for
