Unfortunately not - it is very explicit.

There are many references in the license to the distribution point, which is
the Project Aon website.

Hi James,
I'm afraid that the requirement of having the text downloaded from Aon's
website can work for my project.
The architecture of my project relies on amazon storage, and a domain-specific
language. What i was offering to do was to convert a title to this language.
Also, the app is 100 online and web-based and hosted. There is never any
"download" by the user or any kind of locally installed software.
Does the license have any provisions for these type of architecture ?
Thanks
Mathieu Sylvain

Good to hear from you!
Lone Wolf lends itself well to adaptation to many platforms.
There are several ideas out there so far:

And probably many more!
If you wish to start with Lone Wolf, and wish to use the text from Project Aon,
please note that the book content must be downloaded by the end user from the
Project Aon website - you are not allowed to bundle the text with your software.
When you have your first prototype, please let us know - we are able to host
and provide support from the fanbase.
Good luck with the project!
James

Subject: Adaptation Rights
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hi, I'm a software developer working on an open-source interactive fiction
authoring platform. One of the genre of Interactive Fiction I plan to support
are Gamebooks.
I'm currently looking for a gamebook title to use as a first "sample work" to
showcase the platform.
Can the Lone Wolf titles be adapted to interactive forms other than HTML? The
adaptation to my platform would be "word for word", but the
reading-experience would be a little more subtle than clicking on hyper links.
I also would not change anything to the rules or pen+paper+dice experience.
Thanks
