The chances are slim. This would require someone to do some good XSLT. If
anyone out there wants to tackle it, that would be wonderful. I think
you'll want me to stay on task with the footnotes. :)

The EPUB project is actually almost ready. I just needed to create one more
kind of metadata file and fix some known issues. Since it's EPUB, it's
should be possible to create versions for a whole range of devices. Maybe
over the holiday break I'll be able to tie up the loose ends. I wouldn't
tie this to the re-releases, though.
Someone else will have to answer the other questions.
