A possible solution would be to offer TMC - Original Edition and TMC - 
Extended Edition (with different layout where necessary).

That depends on the number of additional words. If the expanded word 
list fits on the two pages then I'd say the additional words should be 
added to the existing word list (unless we/you make two editions of 
TMC).

FWIW, I wonder why the direction English->Giak was chosen. Giak->English 
would be much more useful. What do you think about adding a 
Giak->English word list?
