OK, it's all done. Both the Companion Postscripts and the Giak Word Lists= are=20 now part of the Appendix, since there were more words than I originally=20 remembered. Also, there is the note about different Giak dialects, which = doesn't really fit into a straight list. The extra Giak words I have adde= d=20 come from Newsletters #7 and 23. Were there any more? Additionally, I have taken the liberty of adding 'Weapon (n) . . . Ogg' t= o the=20 list in the actual book, as per Joe's comments in Newsletter #9. This has= also=20 been noted in the Errata. *Phew!* Ingo Kl=F6cker wrote: > FWIW, I wonder why the direction English->Giak was chosen. Giak->Engli= sh > would be much more useful. If we add a=20 Giak->English table in the Appendix, it would contain ALL Giak words take= n=20 from across the board, including the stuff on the preceding page to the=20 original Word List with numbers and tenses. It'll be a horrible nightmare= to=20 compile, however. >_< As for a 'special edition' of TMC, I think that sort of thing would more = likely work as HTML where there are no page limitations as such, since th= e=20 illustrations are likely to be placed around the text, even the full-page= =20 ones. Since I have all the illustrations without the text on them, this i= s=20 entirely possible (though not be me; I'm not technically-minded enough to= work=20 on a HTML version, I'm afraid ;-) ). Is there anything else in the Newsletters that should be added to the MC = as=20 part of the appendix? --=20 Simon Osborne "I punched a bloke in the face once for saying Hawk the Slayer was rubbis= h."
