[projectaon] Electronic Copies for Mongoose

Joe Dever has sent Mongoose to us for electronic copies of the books.
I plan to send a test file to them next Monday, but I want to run the
file by y'all first. I plan to send them a monolithic HTML file which
is unstyled, utf-8 encoded, and lacks all graphics. Come to think of
it, they may want us to leave out the hyperlinks as well. They want it
in MS Word, and I believe this should be easily imported. I won't be
able to test this until Monday.

This also means that we should speed up our work on getting a
proofread XML file for the 11 remaining Lone Wolf books.
Comments?
BTW, those with working copies of the XML files might want to update
your archive. I've touched a handful of the files.
