We could do what you mention, but I'm not positive that they would
want to use that particular formatting. The only cases where I've
formatted something is where it conveys a meaning (e.g. internal
dialouge or telepathy being italicized). The one exception is that
I've formatted all character attributes such as COMBAT SKILL as a
smaller font. I noticed that Mongoose didn't do this in the books that
I've bought, and it just looks better when it's smaller. So I made it
smaller as a subtle hint. :)
