It could go either way. It may be more proper to italicize, but I
wouldn't worry about it enough to go through a lot of effort to fix
it.

I mentioned it since the XML of the earlier books is likely going to be updated/fixed, so now seemed a good time.

That said, I still haven't finished work on Black Baron, so . . .
