[projectaon] Freeway Warrior XML Changes

I've updated the Freeway Warrior XML to implement Jon's changes and fix another 
few
things which I noticed.

o Applied table layout to weapon usage
o Added <signpost></signpost> where relevant
o Applied table layout to keypad puzzles
o Changed occurrences of CCS bonuses in [] to ()
o Corrected formatting of errata section
o Updated instances where two spaces were used to separate sentences, replaced 
with
single spaces.
o SSkills: Added missing paragraphs.
o cmbtrulz: Replaced paragraph break with line break after "Example"
