As an update, I've been trying to work with Dreamhost (our hosting provider) to get the website back online, but using their email support channel is taking too long (sometimes more than 24 hours before a response). This is very disappointing and it may be worth looking into another provider although that has to be balanced against the trouble of setting up shop in a new location. In the meantime, I'm probably going to purchase phone support for this month to try to get this resolved.
