Thanks for taking the time to report this issue to us. We certainly appreciate
any and all voluntary contributions to the project.
This capitalisation of Meal goes all the way back to the first published
editions in 1984. That said, it it clearly wrong and should be fixed. I have
added the issue to the Errata page here:
<http://www.projectaon.org/en/Errata/FlightFromTheDark> It is marked as fixed,
which means it is fixed in the xml source, and the HTML version of FFTD will
have this fixed the next time we generate a new release of this book. I've also
added you to the list of Special Thanks for the book.
I'll respond to your other list of fixes shortly.
