William,
Thanks for the offer of help, however the raw text for all of the unpublished
books have already been scanned, so that work has already been done. It isn't
the obtaining of the text which is slowing down the release process, it's our
perfectionist nature. We could theoretically release the remaining books in
one fell swoop, however the quality of the finished product would be affected
as a result. We much rather prefer to meticulously fix all the errors in each
book, along with inconsistencies and faults in the original text; then make
sure several people are happy with the result prior to the release.

Iain.

I have a scanner at my house. I could go buy the book, scan in the pages, and
then format it into something that you could use. There is a problem. I went to
Abebooks.com and tried to buy it. It ranges from $46 up to $200 !!!! What?!?!
Sorry, I don't know how I can help with that... Got any ideas? This doesn't
need to go on the FAQ because I'm sure nobody else has asked about it...
William
