We should probably update http://www.projectaon.org/en/Sanctum/Howto-join by removing or otherwise marking (strike out?) the two points "Transcribing" and "Proofread the transcriptions". Also the text on http://www.projectaon.org/en/Sanctum/Howto-edit does not seem to reflect reality: 3. Make sure you have an unabridged version of the book you intend to proofread. It surely helps to have the unabridged version of the book available, but it is not a must. So this point should be worded differently or removed. Maybe "It helps to have an unabridged version of the book you intend to proofread at hand, but it is not a must. Note that, the abridged version of the book is not helpful." 4. Download a copy of the book from the assignments lists. This points to the raw text files. Does it really make sense to use those for editting? Wouldn't it be better to provide the one page HTML version for editting? Or we could simply point to the test area? Finally, the information on the Assignments page http://www.projectaon.org/en/Sanctum/Assignments also does not seem to be completely up-to-date: The text of VotM is still listed as being in the proofreading stage (or whatever the "In Progress" means).
