I have attempted a contact of Mr. Kipphut via email requesting that he
voluntarily remove the materials.
If not, I have written a proposed notification to 1&1's legal counsel
about the infringement:

If everyone could take a look (especially if you are a lawyer) or have
a lawyer (or even a soon-to-be lawyer) friend take a look, that would
be great. I may be able to get this sent on an attorney's letterhead,
but I'm not sure about that.
