The seller is of course allowed to sell the domain (the old LWO domain - I don't believe the seller has got anything to do with LWO though, he likely picked up the domain after it expired) and the three months worth of site hosting... but I have reported the auction to ebay as "Offering to electronically send or receive copyrighted material".
Then there's the website...
BTW, to give due credit, I was notified of the auction by PA forum member darkonesluck.
Thank you for following up with eBay. Please convey my thanks to darkonesluck.
I have also followed up with the website hosting service to have the infringing content removed. We'll make sure this ... guy ... never gets a dime for Project Aon content.
Which reminds me, maybe I should contact Google about those ads on his page. I wonder if that would go anywhere?
BTW, I tuned in this morning right as England scored the only goal of their game. I'm not a big fan of soccer - oh sorry, football - but seeing it played by world class athletes is more entertaining than I remembered. Go USA! ;)
