Hi Jon
Had a brief look, spotted the following things (sorry ;) ):
Section 0:
Cyril Julien and Peter Andrew Jones appear to be missing entirely from this
section.
Section 1.2
used the -> used in the
Section 1.4
The (c) of the LWPPB is actually 1987, not as previously stated 1986.
Also, regarding TSOA, CJ is (c) holder for pages 1-29, and Brian Williams hold
(c) on pages 30-64 and the cover. This needs amending accordingly. Aside from
that, everything else appears to be in order.
