I've run a quick test of OpenOffice's PDF exporting, using section
headers and internal hyperlinks. The headers appear on the Bookmarks
sidebar, and internal hyperlinks work fine. So it looks like this is an
option that could be explored, 'cause I don't know about anyone else,
but I sure don't have the money for Acrobat!
