[projectaon] Some 17tdoi Illustrations Included

I've been working on getting the illustrations included in The
Deathlord of Ixia. I haven't worked on the small illustrations yet.

I don't seem to have implemented Thomas's new illref mechanism
correctly in the XML:

Thomas, maybe you could point out where I went wrong? All the sordid
details are in the CVS copy (and in /test/en/xml).
