[projectaon] Streamlining building for the books to ePub (and xhtml too)

Hi,
Just a quick note to let you know that I have added some files to be able to
automatically build ePub files from the XMLs source files. I was not aware
(until today) that our dear Jonathan had already worked out a script to build
them.
Basicly, I've written one script that runs the whole build ("fire and
forget") and one set of Makefiles that can be used to build each ePub in a
more "controlled way".
Hopefully this will be useful to automate the ePub building of files in the
next year.

PS: I've added a similar script to build all the xhtml files. I don't find
the gbtoxhtml-all.pl script that is referenced in the README.txt in the
common/scripts/ directory.
