OK, so I have implemented most of these in a revised format:
**07cd 15, 90: Do we really need to change this? It'd be easier to leave it alone, I guess. As David
said last month, there are any number of Platinum Amulets, this one just protects against extreme heat.
09tcof 48: Rejected--there is no way to avoid this magical fire with Nexus.
09tcof 59: Added the footnote to 342 (the preceding section) instead.
10tdot 106: Added same footnote as for 09tcof:342
11tpot 62, 95, 349: Implemented as above.
Implementing/rejecting the 07cd issue above is now the only blocker on Books
1-9.
