Why are we still spinning our wheels on this????? I feel like we keep
having the same conversation over and over again.
Where are the quotes for the reduction in service we agreed to? Do I need
to call different companies and request those?
The time spent agreeing or disagreeing with our meeting minutes could be
spent making a final decision on which landscaping company we are signing a
contract with. There is a huge barrier in communication on this, and I am
not sure whose responsibility it is to resolve it. I think we owe it to our
residents to get this figured out in the next week or two so that we invest
our efforts into other areas that require our attention, I.e. making our
community a better place. We should not need until July or August to choose
a landscaping company.
