Thanks Adam.
Everyone. Planning is "key" to executing a good plan based on where we are in
the deliberation process in either finding a "new" company to do our lawn work
or in deciding to Keep Brightview for another year.
Nonetheless, "hashing" things out now and being absolutely clear in what needs
to be done is the best route to take.
While in the Air Force, we were trained to put more or the majority of our
efforts into the planning process, about 75%, so that we wouldn't have to come
back later and redo what was done.
Planning for me, is fundamental to almost everything that I do.
Yes, I know you all are not in the military, but successful businesses do the
same.
Bear with me in this and hopefully it will be worth the effort.
Thanks

Hi everyone,
Why are we still spinning our wheels on this????? I feel like we keep having
the same conversation over and over again.
Where are the quotes for the reduction in service we agreed to? Do I need to
call different companies and request those?
The time spent agreeing or disagreeing with our meeting minutes could be spent
making a final decision on which landscaping company we are signing a contract
with. There is a huge barrier in communication on this, and I am not sure whose
responsibility it is to resolve it. I think we owe it to our residents to get
this figured out in the next week or two so that we invest our efforts into
other areas that require our attention, I.e. making our community a better
place. We should not need until July or August to choose a landscaping company.

Baylye
