Hi Y'all,
As you may have noticed, the middle island lights on Park Forest have not
been on for the past ~ 2 months. I have checked and found that the 120 V
power is on at the outlets. However, there is no power coming out of the LOW
VOLTAGE side of the transformer. We don't need an electrician to change the
transformer because it is a simple 3-pin plug on the 120 volt side (see
attached picture). The price is ~ $ 60 at Lowes.
I am requesting permission from the board to spend this $ 60. Please respond
ASAP
