Why are we using residential grade equipment? I thought when we had the new
electrician he was going to do commercial grade equipment. It seams like we
have been having way too many issues with the lighting. I feel like we keep
putting bandages on something that needs a surgeon. I think we need to get
a “true” professional to do it once and not need to worry about it.

Hi Y’all,
As you may have noticed, the middle island lights on Park Forest have not
been on for the past ~ 2 months. I have checked and found that the 120 V
power is on at the outlets. However, there is no power coming out of the
LOW VOLTAGE side of the transformer. We don’t need an electrician to change
the transformer because it is a simple 3-pin plug on the 120 volt side (see
attached picture). The price is ~ $ 60 at Lowes.
*I am requesting permission from the board to spend this $ 60*. Please
respond ASAP
Thanks and wish you all a Happy New-year
