Last update from me prior to the meeting this evening… The April 2022 balance
sheet is now attached.
Here is the updated outstanding membership dues overview:
March 14th: 209 homes, $79,614.81 outstanding
April 10th: 177 homes, $73,464.81 outstanding
May 9th: 135 homes, $73,115.19 outstanding*
*The May number did not drop much due to invoicing late fees for unpaid
invoices.

Hello all,
I am still waiting on deposit details and an updated outstanding membership
dues report from our management company. I have a call scheduled for this
morning with Julie to discuss our account, the large outstanding balance, and
to reset expectations for the level of support needed to provide more timely
updates to you all each month.
Please find the pending treasury business to be discussed at the May 2022
meeting attached for review. In addition, the updated 2022 budget tracker is
also attached.
The April 2022 balance sheet and updated outstanding membership dues overview
will be distributed once the above mentioned items are received.
