How to disable Windows XP balloon tips.
Ako se dobro sjecam o ovom problemu je bilo rijeci i na ovoj listi. Ispod
je tekst koji objasnjava kako ovo rijesiti. Takodje tu je upozorenje koje
bi ja preveo ovako. Neka to ne dira ko ne zna raditi sa registar bazom. Ovo
je za Windows XP.
Slijedi tekst na Engleskom jeziku:

This message contains instructions on modifying the registry.
Any accidental changes to the registry may render your operating system
completely nonfunctional.
Do this at your own risk.
This tip only applies to the Windows XP operating system.
It does not apply to any other versions of Windows.
This tip only applies to the currently logged in user.
If you have multiple user accounts, you must apply this patch to each of
the account separately.
How to disable Windows XP balloon tips.
The only way to disable the balloon tips is to add an entry to the
registry.
There are 2 ways of importing the appropriate information to the registry.
Please read the entire message before deciding which method you are more
comfortable with.
Method one:
This method requires the user to add the information manually.
Only do this if you are comfortable with the registry.
Please follow the steps as precisely as possible:
1. Run the registry editor. You can do this by going to the start menu,
open the run box, and type "regedit.exe" or "regedt32.exe."
2. On the tree view, browse to the following key:
HKEY current user
software
microsoft
windows
current version
explorer
advanced
3. In the details pane, add the following DWord value:
EnableBalloonTips
This value is case sensitive.
4. Click "modify" on the value name you just added. Make sure the value
data in the edit box is 0.
5. Reboot your system.
Method two:
This method is a little easier and doesn't take any registry navigating.
The following 3 lines of text must be added to an empty text file.
Be sure there is nothing else but those 3 lines of text.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advan
ced]
"EnableBalloonTips"=dword:00000000
Save this text file.
Next, rename the extension of the file to .reg.
Press enter on the file and Windows will ask you if you wish to add the
information to the registry.
Say yes.
When it is done, reboot your system.
