[slikom] problem kod skeniranja

Cujte i pocujte!
Kad u FR 11 izaberem Scan and share images dobijem sledeci dijalog, umesto
opcija za dalje podesavanje skeniranja kao ranije:
hp scanning
The HP imaging device could not be initialized because it was not found. Make
sure that the device's power cord and cable are properly attached and plugged
in.
Refer to HP service and support on the Web for more help with this error. The
scanning software might be installed improperly, or there might be a device
conflict.
