MS Outlook is absolutely accessible, I find it very good overall, once you get
used to the menus and shortcuts of course.
Exchange accounts can also be accessed very simply and accessibly on mobile,
both on iOS and Android.
Sharepoint I'm afraid isn't such a pleasure to use. By default, at least in my
case, Sharepoint is accessed through a web portal. It is technically largely
accessible, but in my opinion is at best a royal pain in the ass!
Stuart did though recently mention on this list that it is possible to map
Sharepoint to Windows Explorer, so you can use it a bit more like how you would
use Dropbox I guess, so this is probably something you should investigate with
your IT department. I've been meaning to do that myself.
