HI Susan,
I can't give a full answer but I do know one thing that might be relevant if
you're using Outlook. If you remove an email from your Outlook Inbox by
pressing the Delete key, it will be moved to your Deleted Items folder. But if
you remove it by pressing the Backspace key, it will be moved to the archive. I
can't remember how to access the archive.
