Hi Tony,
The accessibility plugin for Adobe Acrobat used to be available at
www.adobe.com.  I think it was for Acrobat version 4.  However, Adobe has
moved on considerably since then so I am not sure if it is still available
or supported on their website.  Unfortunately I can't remember for sure what
versions of JAWS this worked with.
