Dear Mike,
Thank you for contacting iUniverse. Unfortunately all of our e-books are created with the DRM restrictions attached. We are unable to separate them and send you a different file. I am not aware of any restrictions regarding screen readers but it could be possible that the DRM isshould consider restricting this. If you would like, since you are unable to use the e-book, I would be happy to issue you a refund for your order. Please let me know what you would like to do.

Hello Blair
As a blind person I felt very disappointed with your response to my son's enquiry regarding the reading of your e-book. I personally would have thought your organisation would have considered people with disabilities when setting up your system (believe it or not people with disabilities generally like to study too) I would appreciate further input from your company into sourcing material blind people can access . As for refunding me? I would much prefer you keep it and put it towards a better educational future for all. Yours sincerely.
Mike Meaney.
