Hi Maureen,

You may have to change your outgoing email server setting in your email
account
settings.
Select: Tools - Accounts.
Tab to Properties and press spacebar.
Control-tab to the Servers tab.
Tab to "Outgoing mail server".
It will say something like "mail1.eircom.net",
change it to "smtp.btinternet.com".
Tab to OK and press space.
Tab to close and press space.

Pour yourself a stiff whiskey.
