Yes Tim, I've emailed some of them, not all, before and things worked fine.
There's probably going to be some very simple explanation for all of this,
but right now, I don't know what it is.

Hi Paul,
Have you successfully emailed these people before?
I know you said the addresses are correct, but are you sure the people
are still using their hotmail accounts?
I heard somewhere that new hotmail accounts were no longer available, but
if that affects existing account holders ... I just don't know.

Hi all.
I've recently begun sending emails to multiple recipients, something I never
had to do much before. When I sent an email to about 20 recipients, 6 of
which were hotmail.com addresses, I was notified that one hotmail message
was relayed, and one delayed. No account of the other 4. When I re-sent
the delayed email, it once again came back as delayed but with the following
annoying message at the end.
421 RP-001 The mail server IP connecting to Windows Live Hotmail server has
exceeded the rate limit allowed. Reason for rate limitation is related to
IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please
contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network
admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com
<http://postmaster.live.com/> for email delivery information and support
Also, I now know that the other 4 hotmail address emails from my initial
effort were never delivered.
Any ideas as to what's going on? To anticipate the question, the addresses
I've used are correct.
