[vicsireland] IPhone battery question

Hi All,
This is coming in on a question Mairead had the other day about turning
off/deleting apps ..
I am having to charge the phone every day or so is this pretty normal?
I am just wondering if I have an app on in the background that is draining
the battery?
Joanann, you were saying that if you locate the app double tap on it and
with another finger turn the app off? When in app switcher I can locate the
apps running and can double tap on them fine but not understanding the next
step
If you could give instructions again or if someone else could?
