the problem with the ring tones not playing or stopping, could be caused by
talks.
I would do the following to see if this fixes the problem
1 Press the talks key
2 press the menue key
3 select the Automation tab
4 Turn off caller id

I have a Nokia 6680 which has stopped registering missed call numbers. I
can't find a setting to tell it to either do or not do this, it has also taken
to only giving the first fraction of any ring tone I set to operate when a call
comes in. Anyone help?

I have an other problem with the mobile as well as not being able to
bring up talks the ringtones have gone off and I can't get them back. I would
be greatful for any help. I still can't get talks to come up when I press the
button. It's going to Menue all the time.
