Hi all,

As you may have seen in our recent website article, NCBI Centre For Inclusive Technology are working with Dublin City Council (DCC) to find out what mobile devices and platforms VIPs are currently using to access the web and how easy it is to use the Internet to find Bus times and other travel information.

We also aim to find out what mobile applications and websites are currently in use by VIPs to find travel information - and a little about the experience. This survey aims to assess if it is feasible for DCC to develop an accessible mobile phone application that will give Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) to the public.

So please take the our 'Internet and Mobile Phone Survey' (link at the bottom of this mail) and let us know what kind of mobile phones you are using and your experiences. You can access the survey via the CFIT website (www.cfit.ie) or the NCBI website. The survey is very short with only 12 questions and has been designed to be accessible for blind and vision impaired users alike.

We need to hear from you to make this happen!

If you have any difficulties with the survey you can contact me via email, joshue.oconnor@xxxxxxx and phone 01 882 1980.

Thanks!

Josh
