Hi, I currently have the iAudio x5. People who have this player will know that the USB and power connections are not built into the player but are found on a small subpack or mini dock which you attach to the player. Well, the inevitable finally happened and I managed to lose the subpack. The iAudio x5 is no longer manufactured, so I was concerned that that was that for my mp3 player, after all, I could no longer charge it or transfer files to/from it. But I've found a really good website which stocks all sorts of accessories for mp3 players and other devices. Even better unlike amazon and other retailers, they ship anywhere in the world. Check out the below link if you want/need to buy mp3 accessories, especially if your mp3 player is no longer being manufactured. http://www.gomadic.com New power and USB accessories are now winging their way to me and my iAudio will hopefully be back up and running soon.
