Hi,
Here is a page that gives some tips and tricks for making Sharepoint sites
accessible. You could pass this on to your employer.

Hi Emer,
I feel your pain in relation to Sharepoint.
Here are a few things you can try, assuming of course that your IT
department allows any or all of these.
1. You can map document librarys to folders on your machine, and they
will automatically sync. Youd then access them using file explorer or
windows explorer (depending on your version of Windows).
2. You can configure Outlook to access the Sharepoint discussions and
post to them as though they were mailing lists.
Im happy to give you further help with this if you wish.
Regards,
Stuart

Hi Emer,
You dont include the version of Jaws you are using and the operating

Subject: [vicsireland] Sharepoint 13 and JAWS 17
Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has attempted to use JAWS with Sharepoint 13. Our
office intranet has recently been migrated to an apparently out-of-the-box
version of Sharepoint 13, and I am finding it very inaccessible. My main
problems are in interacting with forms, but it is also very difficult to
read items in some of the document libraries etc. Furthermore I cannot add
documents or announcements etc. I did previously use Sharepoint 2010 and
that was a lot easier to interact with with Sharepoint 2013 I am not
having much luck!
It is possible Im missing something, and that there is a JAWS script for
this application. If anyone can throw any light on this Id be very
grateful.
Warm regards
Emer
